By working closely with the actors, director, and other crew members, Amanda provides the actors with a safe environment in which to do their best work while supporting the execution of the creative vision for the show. Her work as an intimacy coordinator is guided by the SAG-AFTRA Standards and Protocols for the Use of Intimacy Coordinators.

In addition to working as an intimacy coordinator, Amanda is also the founder of Intimacy Professionals Association (IPA). Through IPA, Amanda trains and certifies intimacy coordinators for film and television.
